3 Must-Have Copywriting Books

When you are writing an ad or headline it must be compelling.  The words must flow.  How do you go about creating the perfect online ad/headline or even blog post?  You create great copy.

Here are the books I currently turn to are (all links are affiliate links to Amazon):

1.  Words that Sell  by Richard Bayan

Not a copywriting theory book but it has good copy.  When I am debating what words to use I open this book and find the right one.  Makes my life so much easier.  Other books in the series include More Words that Sell and Phrases that Sell.

2.  CA$HVERTISING:  How to Use More than 100 Secrets of Ad-Agency Psychology to Make Big Money Selling Anything to Anyone by Drew Eric Whitman

Recommended on a podcast.  A short and refreshing read.  Always read it when I am in a rut.

3.  Breakthrough Advertising by Eugene Schwartz

The bible of copywriting.  Good luck finding a copy for under $100.  Worth the investment.  One of the best books I’ve ever read.
